These terms govern the supply of foodservice equipment by PT Gastro Gizi Sarana to commercial customers across Indonesia.

Quotations

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in IDR netto and include PPN. Tier pricing (Affiliate / Dealer / Semi-Retail / Retail) is applied based on your account class.

Stock & lead time

Stock availability is confirmed at the time of quote. In-stock equipment ships within 2–5 working days from the assigned branch. Imported items follow the principal's published lead time.

Payment

50% deposit on PO acceptance; balance prior to despatch unless an MOU or project contract specifies milestone billing.

Delivery

Delivered franco-branch using our courier network. Per-branch delivery costs are itemised on the invoice.

Warranty

Principal warranty is registered on your behalf. GASTRO maintains a Jakarta-based spare parts inventory and dispatches certified service engineers from each of our four branches.
