Founded in 1986, GASTRO grew up alongside Indonesia's modern foodservice industry. From early days importing the very first commercial combi ovens, we became the partner of choice for chefs who wanted equipment that worked the way they cooked — and stayed working through the harshest Jakarta service.

Today we operate from a Jakarta headquarters and showrooms in Bandung, Semarang and Denpasar, with a Sentul factory and a service network that reaches every major city. We distribute more than 40 international principals, and we engineer two of our own product lines — KoldMatic refrigeration and the GASTRO Induction Fryer — for kitchens that need parts on the shelf, today.
